Become Co-lead for SSF
About being a co-lead
The Semester Start Party is back this year for 2 days, where we get to welcome around 9000 party-loving people every day! To make sure the 2 great days go smoothly for both guests and volunteers, we need co-leads who will help plan the SSF.
As a co-lead, you help to organize the Semesterstartfest and have the opportunity to influence the planning of one of SDU’s biggest parties. You’ll do this in collaboration with the 4 leads for SSF. If you enjoy trying things out in practice, whether you’re trained in it or just have a great interest in getting to know it, SSF is your ideal opportunity!
We would very much like your help so that we can continue to hold a fantastic party.

Benefits of being a co-lead
It is voluntary work, but of course there are some benefits to being a co-lead:
- You will be part of a great team.
- Participates in organizing one of Denmark’s largest study start parties.
- Full catering for meetings and events.
- Crew t-shirt + hoodie.
- 2 extra place tickets for SSF.
- 1000 kr payment card for use at the campsite under SSF (NOTE: no alcohol during your shift).
- Thanks for the help – an evening of dining in the autumn.
- 1 time per year invitation to events, supplier events, etc.
- Summer home tour or similar event with lots of coziness and evaluation of the SSF, with the focus on the SSF for next year.
- A lot of experience that will definitely add to your CV.
Expectations for you
- You are over 18 years old.
- You are open and motivated for the task.
- You are structured and can manage to meet deadlines.
- You are available from 6 to 14 September 2026.
