When you register on NemTilmeld, you first need to find the institute to which your degree belongs. Then you choose the competition you would like to participate in.  

When you choose a competition, you must choose the team you want to compete for.  

That means that if you and your study mates have put together a whole team yourselves, you must make sure that all of you register for the same team.

You can sign up for one of the below races simultaneously with the soap barrel race:

  • Withdrawal of troops
  • Quiz 
  • Volleyball 
  • King's Game


That means that if you are registered for the soap box race, you can register for one more race.  

In order to compete on the same team as your fellow students, you all must register for the same team in the competition you wish to participate in.   

It varies for each competition; you can be on each team. Therefore, we have listed below the minimum and maximum number of participants per team for each competition.

Withdrawal of troops

  • Minimum 5 participants
  • Max. 7 participants

Volleyball

  • Minimum 5 participants
  • Max. 10 participants

King's Game

  • Minimum of 4 participants
  • Max. 6 participants

Quiz

  • Minimum 2 participants
  • Max. 5 participants

Soap-bottle race

  • Minimum 3 participants
  • Max. 6 participants

You can do that in at least, and we would be very grateful to have you on the team!

You can sign up her. 

As a volunteer, you have the opportunity to sign up for the following roles:  

  • Bartender: Make sure the bar is running so the students don't get thirsty.  
  • Judge: Ensure that the rules are followed so that everything proceeds fairly.  
  • RunnerThe all-in-one person who can step in when help is needed. 
  • Setup: Help make the space ready for Battle of The Institutes. This will take place on May 1st. 
  • Demolition: Help with packing the space down after Battle of The Institutes. This will take place on May 2 after 17:00.  

As a volunteer, you have the opportunity to sign up for one of the following roles during the event Battle of The Institutes:  

  • Bartender 
  • Judge 
  • Runner

     

In addition to the above roles, you can also sign up for:  

  • Setup  
  • Demolition

As Battle of The Institutes a volunteer, you will receive the following:  

  • Food and drink during your shift 
  • New acquaintances 
  • Greatly needed volunteer clothing 
  • Something cool to write on the CV 
  • A volunteer party after Battle of The Institutes 
  • The opportunity to socialize with students from all over SDU

You must not bring your own food to Battle of The Institutes.

But don't worry, we've made sure there's food available on the campus at prices suitable for students.  

You must not bring your own drinks onto the campsite.

We have ensured that there are cold supplies available. strength Have a drink at the bar. In the bar you will find both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
